Who Are We?
At ALUTHEA Group, we design and create parts and sub-assemblies using aluminium casting processes.
Through our multi-site (France, Portugal, Tunisia) and multi-technology model (sand, gravity, low pressure die casting, high pressure die casting and machining), we advise and support you for all your industrial needs.

Our expertise
Engineering
Our Project team adapts your 3D drawings to our manufacturing processes and simulates the material flow to optimise casting feasibility. We use the programs Solid Works and Quick Cast.
Tooling
By vertically integrating tooling manufacturing, we both provide a complete offer and have total control over all phases of the production process.
Casting
We provide all technologies for producing aluminium parts, from prototyping to mass production.
Machining
Thanks to our long experience and full range of robust equipment, at ALUTHEA Group, we perform precision machining (3-axis to 5-axis CNC machining centres) on individual parts or for large volume production, from billet to casting parts.
Living
In 2020, we gave ourselves a new challenge at ALUTHEA Group, on the BtoC market this time. Partnering with Jean-Pierre Cauchy, Paul Marino and Hugo Texier, we decided to shake up the world of outdoor products, starting with barbecues and braseros.
