The Group has recently reinforced its team with two more ESF (European Solidarity Fund) engineers supplemented by the latest means of production at your disposal.

Studies are performed on alloys developments and refining to achieve results 35% higher than those currently obtained.
In Fundicao de Evora, we are making a research which focuses on « bi-material overmoulding », along with on-going « foam » materials studies
Prototyping additive manufacturing
In cooperation with our partners we use the additive manufacturing to achieve prototypes from sand moulds made from 3-D printing or parts directly executed in « FA » alloyed powder AlSi7Mg06 (AS7G06) complies with applications.
In gravity die casting we study the change of aluminium alloys when casting and building process, in order to achieve a mechanical strength beyond the 365 Mpa on dissection specimens (current maximum 320 Mpa).
